HOW DO I ACCESS MY E-CARD HISTORY?
Log into your membership by clicking the "MEMBERS LOGIN" link from our home page. Once you are logged in, click "MY SENT ECARDS" from the member benefits bar across the top.
IS THIS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION?
Yes, it is delivery confirmation. We track each card, for each recipient. We can even show you what time of the day they picked up and viewed your ecards. Monitor your ecard history after you've sent some cards. This way you will know when we delivered it, and when the recipient viewed it.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER AN E-CARD?
If you schedule an e-card for instant delivery, we normally wait about 5 minutes before we email your recipient(s) and deliver it. This provides you with a brief period where you can go into your sent ecards and cancel delivery if you made a mistake.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN E-CARD WAS RECEIVED?
Log into your account and click "MY SENT E-CARDS". There are many viewing options available. Find the card and recipient you are interested in from your list of sent e-cards. There you will find all of the details about when it was delivered, and if it has been received yet.
HOW LONG DOES A RECIPIENT HAVE TO PICK UP AN E-CARD?
We store all ecard history and customized e-cards that you sent for a period of 90 days.
WHAT ABOUT CARDS THAT ARE NEVER RECEIVED?
If your cards are never received, please follow these simple steps to make sure there is not a problem with spam or email filters blocking the e-card from being received.
- Ask your recipients to place your email address in the address book or contact list of their email program. This is a good way to tell any spam or email filters that you are a valid sender and contact for the person you're attempting to send a card to.
- Send the pickup id#, ( found in your history list ), to the recipient and direct them to our E-card pickup window at this location.
- Or, you can find the card in your history list and click the "RESEND" link beside it. This will allow you to send it again without having to re-customize it.
WHAT IF I SCHEDULE AN E-CARD FOR FUTURE DELIVERY?
If you schedule an e-card to be delivered on a date in the future, it will still show up in your history list. The status will remain (not yet delivered), until such time as the date arrives that you selected for delivery. At that time, the card will be delivered by our systems, and you will be able to see when it is received by continuing to monitor your ecard history list.
HOW DO I GET RID OF OLD CARDS?
Your ecard history folder can hold an unlimited number of cards in its list. If you have too many to fit on one page, our systems will spread them out across several pages for you and provide you with page number links to view each page. If you really need to clear out your history list, you can either click the "CLEAR HISTORY" link, or you can remove individual recipients from your list using the links provided beside each of them in your list.
IN WHAT ORDER IS MY ECARD HISTORY DISPLAYED?
By default, our systems will display your list of cards in order of the most recent actions performed. If you sent 300 cards this month, but you sent three today. The top 3 listings will be the ones you sent today. If a recipient picked up one of the older cards you sent earlier in the month today, it will also be displayed near the top of your list. This technique works well because it allows you to monitor your list more easily, by showing you any changes and new additions near the top of your list. We have other ordering and viewing options available as well. Use the drop down menu above your history list to see how each of them works.
I CLEARED MY HISTORY BY MISTAKE, NOW WHAT?
Not to worry, you can simply click "RECOVER" from the links at the top of your list and this will recover any e-cards you previously removed or cleared from your list.
MY CARDS ARE NOT BEING RECEIVED, WHY?
We find that many people only get on the computer once or twice a week. So if your cards are not being picked up right away, please be patient. If you have waited and waited and they still have not picked up your card(s), try using the "RESEND" link in your history list to send it to them again. Or you can simply obtain the pickup id# from your history and ask your recipient to visit our home page where they can enter that number and pick up their card.
WHAT ABOUT CARDS THAT I RECEIVE FROM OTHER MEMBERS?
Your history list only shows the outbound activity from your membership account. However, we do offer a system that will provide you with a list of all the e-cards you've received. Please direct your browser to this page and enter your email address.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL AN E-CARD DELIVERY?
If you make a mistake during the card sending process, and need to cancel delivery. You have about a 5 minute window in which you can log into your account and click "SENT ECARDS". From your history list, you can click the appropriate links to cancel delivery. If you wait too long after you've already sent the card, our system will have already delivered it. In which case you cannot cancel the delivery anymore. However, if you scheduled the card for a future delivery date, you will have much more time to cancel its delivery since our system will not prepare it for delivery until the date you specified during the card sending process.
